Whether you want equipment included with your service, a predictable monthly rental, or to purchase outright, we make it simple to get the right coffee and water equipment for your workplace.

Equipment Included

Get the coffee or water equipment your workplace needs with no upfront purchase or monthly equipment payment. Instead, you commit to purchasing a minimum amount of coffee, beverages, and supplies from us each month. Your required monthly spend is based on the type and value of equipment you select, so more premium equipment generally requires a higher monthly commitment. As long as your purchases meet the agreed minimum, there is no separate equipment charge. If your monthly purchases fall below the minimum, you simply pay the difference. Routine maintenance, service, and eligible repairs are included for as long as you're on the program.

Monthly Lease

If you'd rather not commit to a higher monthly product spend, you can rent your equipment for a fixed monthly payment. Your rental rate is based on the equipment you select, allowing you to access premium coffee or water equipment without the upfront purchase. Rental customers simply commit to our standard monthly minimum spend on coffee, beverages, and supplies, rather than a higher minimum tied to the value of the equipment. Routine maintenance, service, and eligible repairs are included throughout the rental period.

Purchase Outright

If you prefer to own your equipment, you can purchase it outright with a one-time payment. Once purchased, the equipment belongs to your company, so there are no ongoing rental payments or equipment-related spending requirements. You can still use us for coffee, beverages, filters, and other supplies, as well as ongoing maintenance and service, but those services are separate from the equipment purchase. This option is best suited for workplaces that prefer ownership and don't mind making the upfront investment.
